Mountain

Tonight the moon was very beautiful on the sky. An Inuit said, "if you climb up the mountain tonight, you can see the entire area by the moonlight." So I went out around 11:20 pm at night and climb the mountain nearby. It was -32°C, but the feeling temperature was lower than -32°C because of the wind. The mountain was only 200m in height, however it was challenging due to a steep slope. Since I came to Canada, I felt a lack of exercise. So it was good for me. Actually mountain climbing is my favorite activity and I felt joy and excitement climbing up the slope.

When I looked at the western sky from the mountaintop, there was a dim light still left after the sunset. The sun set shortly after 8:00 pm, but because of high latitude it takes time to get dark. The sky won't go completely dark soon after the sunset. The color of sky is violet-blue for a while.
