Yes. The global sea level will rise by the melting of land ice masses such as glaciers and ice sheets. They are thought to cause sea level rise of 15 cm in the 21st century. The land will rise because of the shrinkage of glaciers and ice sheet. The speed of land rise is as much as 1 to 10 cm in a year in the Scandinavia where was covered by the 2000 to 3000 m thick ice during the last ice age and became almost free of ice about 8000 years ago.
